Chilli rice Khichya

Basic Information

Chilli rice khichya are healthy and tasty and are versatile as they complement many chutneys and meals. You can enjoy it as a snack by mixing them with onions, tomatoes, and a pinch of lemon. The spice element in the khichya is a delight to eat. Just heat the oil and deep fry it till light golden color. Once fried, remove them from absorbent tissues.
